I have secured funding for, and led the commissioning of, specialist domestic and sexual abuse services, and been responsible for contract monitoring. I have developed guidance for other commissioners to ensure they integrated responses to domestic violence and abuse, sexual violence, and violence against women and girls within a range of other workstreams. Most recently, I co-authored Galop's guidance, 'Commissioning for inclusion: Delivering services for LGBT+ survivors of domestic abuse'.

• Undertake an analysis of the need and capacity of specialist services

• Review existing specialist services (including outcome measures, usage, and capacity)

• Support commissioning and procurement activity, including the development of a commissioning strategy or the design of service models and outcomes.
