The coordinated community response is the bedrock of an effective response to domestic violence and abuse, sexual violence, and violence against women and girls. I have worked with national and local commissioners, funders, policymakers, and statutory and not-for-profit partners to develop and manage operational and strategic partnerships.

• Complete a strategic assessment for a Community Safety Partnership, or other analytical work like a Joint Strategic Needs Assessment 

• Review local care pathways and the operation of safeguarding forums like the Multi-Agency Risk Assessment Conference (MARAC)

• Undertake consultation with organisations and service users

• Review partnership structures and governance arrangements

• Develop a partnership plan or strategy.
